About us

The Dundee University Catholic Society (Cathsoc) is a student-led and -oriented society with the goal of bringing the faith to the university students of Dundee.

CathSoc is a fun, welcoming place for young Catholics to gather and share their faith together. We meet every Monday evening at 7.15pm in the chapel below St Andrew's Cathedral, to share Mass, learn about our faith and interact with other Catholic students. The evening always finishes with a trip to our sponsor pub, Medina, for a drink, chat and free food!

Other events through the year include day outings, opportunities to meet with other societies and a stay-away retreat in the second semester.

All are welcome - we are always excited to see a new face! The society can become like a second family, and we aim to support each other both in our Faith and our everyday student lives.

We also welcome students from other Universities, in particular Abertay University and Dundee College. Don't be shy!
